1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before the order is shipped.
• Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
• To request cancellation, please contact us immediately with your order details.

2. No Refund and No Exchange Policy

• DJ Shopee follows a strict no refund and no exchange policy.
• Once a product is delivered successfully, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, except in the case of damaged products received at the time of delivery.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

We will provide a replacement or refund only if the product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

Conditions:

• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• You must provide photo or video proof of the damaged product.
• The product must be unused and in original packaging.

After verification, we will offer:

• Replacement of the product, or
• Refund if replacement is not available

4. Refund Processing (Only for Damaged Products)

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Refund processing may take 5–7 business days.

• No cancellation after shipping
• No refund for change of mind
• No exchange for size, color, or preference issues
• Refund or replacement allowed only for damaged or defective products
